When Tobi-kadachi enters the battlefield, you may
deal 1 damage to target attacking creature and Inflict
that creature with Thunderblight.
If a creature is attacking you and you control a
Forest, you may play Tobi-Kadachi without paying
its mana cost and as though it had flash.
