It doesn’t untap during its controller’s next untap step. -Escape Plan — Exile Todd, then return him to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step. Whenever a creature dealt damage by Todd dies this turn, create a 1/1 black Wraith token with deathtouch.
