This toga has been purified by priests through ritual processions and sacrifices on the night of the new moon. While wearing the toga, you have proficiency in Charisma saving throws. Additionally, once per day, when you fail a Charisma check to influence a crowd of people, you may flourish your toga to impress the crowd and re-roll that check.
