At the beginning of your end step, if you control
a commander with Partner, you can put on the battlefield any other commander with Partner from the command zone.

Then, if you control Caramelinda, Duskly confident and Namsan, Nightmare crafter,
put a +1/+1 counter on both of them.

They also clearly are in love with each other.
