{3}{t}: Target person inside or outside of the game draws a token then any target people inside or outside of the game look at the token, the token has the attributes that make sense and that are decided on by those people. (Tokens are the colors they're drawn in, if they have wings they are assumed to have Flying and other attributes, etc.)
