Tokification

Only colorless mana may be used to cast this spell
Exile X target permanents and everything
attached to them. Then for each exiled
permament create a token thats an exapt copy
of it, except the tokens are artifacts in addition
to their other types. Token copies of permanents
that were attached to other permanents stay
attached to the coresponding token copy.
Token copies of permanents with counters on
them gain the same number and type of counters.
