Toland The Shattered

At the beginning of each players upkeep, that
player chooses a creature, an artifact and a land
they control. That player sacrifices one of them at random. If the sacrificed permanent was a
creature, each player loses 2 life. If it was an artifact, each player discards a card. If it was a
land, each players lands dont untap till their next
untap step.
Whenever a permanent is sacrificed, you gain 3
life.
