When Tolarian Mage enters, scry 1 then draw
a card. (Look at the top card of your library.
You may put that card on the bottom.)

Echo {2} (At the beginning of your upkeep, if this came under your control since the beginning of your last upkeep, sacrifice it unless you pay its echo cost.)

When Tolarian Mage dies, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
