Tom Bombadil, isn't a creature, Unalterable, this creature can't be target of anything.
When Tom Bombadil deals damage to target
palyer, that palyer give a random card to you
from his hand, a random card from his battlefield
to you, a random card from his graveyard to
you and two card from his deck to you. When
you do this, choiche a random player, take from
him a card from everywhere at your choiche and
put it into exile from exile zone.
