When Tom Nook enters the battlefield, each
opponent puts a 1/1 House creature token
on the battlefield. At the beginning of each
opponents upkeep, that player may pay {3}.
If the player does, put a +1/+1 counter on their
House creature token. If the player doesn't, take
control of their house creature token. At the
beginning of each upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter
on every 1/1 House creature token you control.
