Tome Fracture

The controller of target spell reveals cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a card that shares a card type with that spell. If the revealed card has an equal or lower converted mana cost than that spell, counter each spell that player controls. Shuffle the revealed cards back into their owner's library.
