The Tome of Forbidden Knowledge doesn't
untap during its controllers untap steps.
{t}, sacrifice an Apparition: Creatures with an
abyssal counter on them cannot attack or block
until the end of turn. Then remove all abyssal counters from all creatures.
{b}{b}, {ut}: Sacrifice a creature.
Whenever you sacrifice a creature, put an abyssal counter on target creature an opponent controls
that hasn't got an abyssal counter on it.
