When a source deals non-combat damage, each player exiles the top
card of their library. Until end of turn, you may play the first
card exiled with Tome of Wild Imaginings each turn.
Bound in leather from dream serpents, the tome glows with
inspiration. With each turn of the page it stirs the soul of any
who read it's tabooed text.
