At the beginning of your upkeep look at the bottom 5 cards of your library, you may put one of them into your hand, if you do, you lose life equal to that cards converted mana cost, then shuffle all remaining cards into your library, if you don't put a card into your hand, exile one of those cards, then shuffle the rest into your library.
