When Tome-Sifter Lich enters the battlefield,
create a Book artifact token. It has: "You may
choose a spell from your graveyard. You may
cast that spell for free on your turn in X turns,
where X equals the converted mana cost of
the spell. Exile that spell and destroy this
token after."

the battlefield under it's owner's control.
