Tomias does not untap during your untap step.
When Tomias, Slumbering Caitiff enters the battlefield, you may tap it. If you do, create two
2/2 white Sheep creature tokens with lifelink.
At the beginning of each end step, if a creature
you controlled died this turn, untap Tomias. It
fights up to one target creature. If that creature
would die this turn exile it instead.
