As long as you don't control a tapped elf, human,
tiefling or faerie, Tongaea isn't a creature.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may pay {1}{u}. If you do, and if it's an instant or sorcery
spell, copy that spell. You may choose new targets
for the copy. If it was a creature spell, create a
token that's a copy of it, except it's 2/2 and it's an
illusion in addition to its other types.
