Tony Stark, War Profiteer

When Tony Stark, War Profiteer enters the battlefield, each player may any amount of mana.
If they do, that player may search their library for
an Equipment card with converted mana cost less
than or equal to the amount that player paid this
way, and put it onto the battlefield.
If an artifact or equipped creature would deal
damage to a permanent or player, it deals double
that damage to that permanent or player instead.
