As long as Tony The Esoteric is on the battlefield, all player play with the top card of their libraries revealed.

{t}{x}, On your turn, you may cast any card revealed by Tony The Esoteric for it's converted mana cost, and then return it to the top of its owners library at the end of your turn. Spells cast this way cannot be counterspelled.
