T.O.P.H.A.T.

Reconfigure —Pay X life, where X is the toughness
of the creature.

Whenever T.O.P.H.A.T. or equipped creature deals
combat damage to a creature, attach T.O.P.H.A.T.
to that creature and untap it. You gain control of that
Creature for as long as T.O.P.H.A.T. is attached to it.

If T.O.P.H.A.T. ever becomes unattached from a Creature, that Creature's controller must sacrifice it.
