Topologic Gumblar Dragon

Whenever you cast a creature, discard 1 or 2 cards (At random), then target player discards that same amount of cards.
During your turn, if you have at least 3 Topologic Dragons with different names in your Graveyard: Target player discards 2 cards, then, if target player has no cards in their hand, Topologic Gumblar Dragon deals 5 damage to target player.
