{t}: Look at the top three cards of target player's library. You may reveal a permanent card from
among them. If you do, Choose target permanent
that player controls that shares a card type with
that permanent. Place the chosen card on the
bottom of its owners library, then place the
revealed card onto the battlefield under that
player's control. Activate this ability only once
each turn.
