Torch enters the battlefield tapped. It doesn't
untap in your upkeep.
Whenever a player cast a red spell untap Torch.
{t}: Advance 2 positions. Do it before a dice
resolves.
{t}{r}: Look at the top card of a target library.
You may put that card on the bottom of that
library. Then exile the top card of your library.
Until the beginning of your next turn you may
play that card.
