When Torga enters the battlefield, exile target creature, then put +1/+1 counters on Torga
equal to the toughness of the exiled creature.
Counters remain on Torga as it moves to any zone.
When Torga becomes the target of a spell or
ability, exile him.
Remove 7 page counters: Return Torga from exile
onto the battlefield under your control.
