When Torku enters the battlefield, if you cast it,
target opponent creates a 3/3 red dragon
creature token with flying.
Whenever Torku deals combat damage to a
player, if it was dealt damage this turn, destroy all noncreature, nonland permanents that player controls. Then return Torku to it's owner's hand.
