Whenever a player would draw their second card
during their turn or their first card during an
opponent's turn, that player exiles a nonland
card from their hand with a blood counter on it.
As long as Torskar has attacked this turn, you
may cast up to one spell with a blood counter
on it from exile, and you may spend mana of
any color to cast it.
