Torture Procedure

Enchant creature an opponent controls.
You control enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature can't attack or block and lose all abilities.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a Torture counter on Torture Procedure.
At the beginning of your end step, Torture Procedure deals to the enchanted creature an amount of damage equal to the number of Torture counters on it.
