Torturer

At the beginning of each combat, put a duress
counter on target creature an opponent controls.
For as long as that creature has a duress counter
on it, it has "When this creature dies, each
opponent draws a card and puts a +1/+1 counter
on another creature without a duress
counter on it."
Whenever a creature with a duress counter on
it dies, gain 2 life.
