Torvod's Rule

Cannot be countered.
If there is a toxic gamer at the table, they
have to put their cards down and leave the table. They may return if they become chill.
If they refute the accusation of being a toxic gamer, a majority vote will be held. In the event of a tie, an impartial third party will
be called upon to vote.
