Total Anarchy

At the beginning of each players upkeep each player flips a coin for each creature he or she controls. Then the player to each players right gains control of X creatures from the player to their left where
X is the number of flips lost this way. (Each player chooses which of the creatures he or she controls are exchanged this way.)
