Total Lunar Eclipse

To play lunar eclipse you need 2 waters and
3 sunlights. The lunar eclipse will affect the other person's land by causing a flood. Flood lasts for 1 round with 2 waters. For every
extra 2 waters you add 1 round to the flood.
For every round the flood lasts it does +1 damage to surrounding land.
