Total Reset

Total Reset can only be played once per game.
{8}{c}{c}, sacrifice Total Reset: Decide on a number between 0 and 21. You and your opponents’ life now equals this number. Put all permanents on the battlefield into their owner’s hands. All players put their hands, graveyards and exiled cards (excluding Total Reset) into their libraries then shuffle their libraries.
