During your upkeep, when equipped creature
would untap, instead, replace it with a creature
from graveyard. This new creature gets haste
until end of turn and retains all modifications of
the creature before. If you have no qualifying
creatures in your graveyard, equipped creature
remains tapped.
If a creature with grym phantom is exiled, you
may pay its mana cost to put it in your graveyard.
