Touch of Fog

Look at the top five cards of your library. For each
one, target opponent guesses if its converted mana
cost is four or less. For each one guessed wrong,
target opponent chooses one for you to do:
-Each opponent discards their hand. Draw two cards.
-Tap 5 lands. They don't untap during their controllers next untap step.
-Search your library for a card and put it into your
hand. Then Shuffle your library.
-Target opponent loses 8 life.
-You win the game.
