Tourach, Ebon's Hand

Tourach gets +1/+1 for each card your opponents own in exile. If twenty or more cards are exiled this way, Tourach has first strike and trample.

At the beginning of each upkeep, target opponent reveals their hand. Choose a card from their hand. That player exiles the chosen card. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled.
