Tournament of Champions

I, II - Each player may search their library for
a legendary creature card, reveal it, and add it
to their hand, then each player shuffles their library afterwards.
III - Each player may put up to two legendary creature cards from their hands
onto the battlefield. Those creatures gain
haste until end of turn.
