When Tournament Timepiece enters the battlefield, you and target opponent create
8 time tokens. At the beginning of each end step, if either player tapped 3 or more creatures this turn, remove X time tokens, X being tapped creatures. The first player to
lose all time tokens loses 5 life and opposing player gains 5 life. Then exile Tournament Timepiece and remove all time tokens
