cast it, Tou'thraas Skurge enters the battlefield
with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.
As long as Tou'thraas Skurge has at least four
counters on it, Goblins you control have haste.
As long as it has at least eight counters on it,
Goblins you control have trample.
