Town Crier

Whenever an instant or sorcery card leaves the
stack and would be put into the graveyard, you
may exile that card. If you do, return each other
card exiled with Town Crier to its owner's
graveyard.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
discard a card. If you do, until end of turn you
may cast a copy of the card exiled with Town
Crier without paying its mana cost.
