then each player loses life equal to the number of
counters on Toxic Mire. Then if there are three
or more counters on Toxic Mire sacrifice it and
for each opponent its owner chooses a target
creature and/or land card that player controls
and that player sacrifices those cards. Any player
may activate this ability.
