Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery Trabor,
The Biting Frost gains hexproof and flying until
end of turn.
Whenever Trabor deals combat damage to a
player for the first time each turn, draw X cards
and tap X non-land permanents they control
where X is Trabor's power. They don't untap on
their next untap phase.
