Traffic Jam

Whenever a player casts a creature card, it enters the battlefield tapped. Any ability that would be triggered when a permanent enters the battlefield triggers a turn later.

When a creature attacks, its controller puts a stun counter on it unless they pay {1} for each creature they attacked with that turn.

Combat damage triggers at each player's end step.
