At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may pay {x}, where X is the number of creatures they control. If they do not, they cannot cast creature spells this turn.
Vehicles enter the battlefield tapped.
Whenever a creature attacks, it becomes exerted.
Leave for work now and you just might get there in time to start heading home.
