Traffic Light

As Traffic Light enters the battlefield, choose
red or green. Traffic Light enters the battlefield
as the chosen color.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Traffic Light changes from red to green or green to red.
As long as this card is red, creatures can't attack.
As long as this card is green, creatures attack each
turn if able.
