Trailer Park

Trailer Park enters the battlefield any combination of Tree, Reee, and Pee counters on him equal to X.
Remove a Pee counter: target player must get you target drink from outside the game.
When Trailer Park enters the battlefield choose one:
•Land: Trailer Park becomes a land with the additional text "Remove a Tree counter: Untap target land."
•Boi: Trailer Park gains the text, "Reach, Haste, Trailer Park Gets +1/+1 for each Ree counter on him"
