Whenever you get one or more {e} (energy counters), put a +1/+1 counter on Transcendent Overlord.
As long as Transcendent Overlord has 2 or more +1/+1 counters on it, it has vigilance.
As long as Transcendent Overlord has 4 or more +1/+1 counters on it, it has first strike.
As long as Transcendent Overlord has 8 or more +1/+1 counters on it, it has protection from creatures.
