Transference to the Next

Return each creature from its owners graveyard
to the battlefield tapped. Each Player loses 1 life
for each creature they own that is returned to
the battlefield this way. If a player does not
return a creature from their graveyard this
way, instead put two 2/2 black zombie creature
tokens onto the battlefield tapped under their
control and they lose 2 life.
