Eminence — As long as Transient is in the
command zone or on the battlefield, commanders
you own have all abilities of non commander
creature cards you own in the command zone.
When you put this card into the command zone
from the battlefield you may have it no longer be
your commander. If you do choose a legendary creature you control, it's your commander.
