Transparency Gems

Transparency Gems is played with an Ice
counter on it (cards with Ice counters cannot tap)
{u}{u}{u}: Put an Ice counter on target permanent.
During your upkeep roll a d20: 1-5 gain 5 Life,
6-10 draw 5 cards, 11+ remove all Ice counters in
play and bury Transparency Gems.
"We found it! The magical gems! Now we can.. huh,
what's happening? Why are they getting smaller?"
