Transtemporal Retinas

You can recognize points of Temporal Flux.
While you are near a point of Temporal Flux,
you can attune your eyes. If you do, you can
see (but not hear, smell, etc.) events that have
occurred, are currently occurring, or may occur
in the future of the alternate timeline. While
your eyes are attuned, you are effectively blind
to the events of your current timeline.
